Supertech Twin Towers demolition

 Supertech Twin Towers demolition

After a nine-year-long legal battle, the Supertech twin towers of Noida will be demolished at 2:30 pm today (August 28)

Hospitals are on high alert for a health emergency. Shockwaves are comparable to one-third of a typical earthquake. NDRF team arrived for deployment. All set for demolition, adjacent buildings evacuated. Neighborhood buildings are wrapped with plastic covers to save them from dust.

Evacuation of adjacent buildings completed. Water tankers, anti-smog guns, and police personnel are deployed at Gehja Road, Jaypee flyover, ahead of the Supertech Twin Towers demolition scheduled to take place at 2:30 pm today.

A green corridor has been established in order to attend to any emergency situation ahead of the demolition of the Supertech Twin Towers.

The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway will remain shut between 2.15 pm and 2.45 pm for the demolition drive.
