Indian Flag in space: send by ISRO celebrating 75th independence day

Indian Flag in space: send By ISRO

ISRO has launched an Indian flag in space by PSLV stage 4. But It does not yet announce officially.

From various sources, Journoindia comes to this conclusion,  On 15 august when the whole of India will observe the 75th Independence day with flamboyance, ISRO will give a surprise with this initiative. Hoisting flags in space is a matter of pride very few countries had done this till now.

Proofs,

1. ISRO like normal made a tweet about its upcoming launch with Singapore's sat on 1 side and PSLV stage 4 on the backside. It was bout their PSLV C53 mission but look at this right image closely. There is a flag on a box with something written on the box.

2. Two cameras on top and side it looks like maybe a camera and light or something.
The written thing is a pledge, and this is probably to celebrate 75 years of independence, which may feature in the PM's speech or ISRO stream maybe.

A satellite is a very precious thing, Things that are not important are not used in satellite, So there must be a reason behind sending this flag into space.
