Durga Puja, the most active Bengali festival during the past two years during the coronation period, is not so crowded this year West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced that every club will be given 60 thousand rupees for Puja and she has also announced 11 days holiday. It is known that

50,000 per pooja committee last year. West Bengal has a total of 40,092 registered Durga Puja Committees, which means the government will spend Rs 220,55,20,000 from the state exchequer.

 Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also said that 60% of the electricity bills of all puja mandaps will be waived for the few days of this puja.so every puja committee is so happy.
