Jeremy injured himself in the process but with a Games record total lift of 300kg he won the gold medal in the men's 67 kg weightlifting event.

Jeremy Lalrinnunga is an Indian weightlifter from Aizawl, Mizoram who represented India in the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires. He was the winner of the gold medal in the Boys' 62 kg category weightlifting with a lift of 274 kg.
